Rough construction, in short, means the completion of forty percent of the building. Following the necessary procedures for construction, foundation excavation is carried out at the points determined by the survey engineer. The depth of this foundation excavation varies depending on the number of floors of the building to be constructed. By filling the foundation with filler material and pouring lean concrete, the area where the foundation will sit is leveled. After this point, the necessary iron connections for the foundation are laid. After laying the drain installations for electricity, clean and waste water, concrete is poured into the foundation. On each floor, after molds for iron connections, installation pipes, columns and beams are created, concrete is poured in the class deemed appropriate for the floors. Since the drying time of concrete varies according to weather conditions, pouring it in optimum weather conditions is the main factor that should be preferred. During concrete pouring, it is important to move the pump manually over the entire area and pour evenly everywhere. Fine Construction is the work that comes after the rough construction of a building and includes plaster, paint, whitewash, insulation, clean and waste water installations, etc. It is a construction structure delivered with applications that cover the works and cover the rough structure. The order of operations to be carried out after obtaining the Construction Permit from the Municipality;
- Marking the area to be excavated,
- Excavation
- Low density concrete on the excavation floor
- Formwork and iron connections for laying the foundation
- Laying the foundation with ready-mixed concrete
- Basement floor with curtain walls (if any), mold, iron and flood floor flooring, mold and iron processes
- Flood concrete
- Ground floor formwork, iron works
- Ground floor concrete with ready-mixed concrete
- Same process for the first floor and other floors, if any, up to the roof.
